Murray Martin, our chairman, president, and CEO often talks about the company’s commitment to innovation. In our 2010 Annual Report: Making it Personal, Mr. Martin commented that “Our commitment to innovation, integrity and service to the community is stronger than ever”. In the 2010 Corporate Responsibility Report: Taking it Personally, Mr. Martin noted that “Our company’s commitment to innovation, integrity and service is a daily force in the lives of Pitney Bowes employees.  It is also a strategic imperative, leading us to better processes, stronger relationships and new paths to growth.”
