Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions to Showcase Legal Support Services at the Association of Legal Administrators Annual Educational Conference & Exposition

PBLS Conference Speakers

Stephen Cole, PBLS director of technology, will present “The Changing Face of Litigation Support” on Wednesday, May 2 at 2:15 p.m. in the Office Operations Management program track.  The presentation will focus on how corporations are maximizing the value of legal services while saving on the total costs of litigation support with the use of technology automation. Some areas of discussion will include: how to evaluate retaining on-site services (copy, imaging, coding, printing) versus outsourcing; which litigation support services can sensibly be moved to more cost-effective providers; and a view of the on-site off-site services model.

Michele Coleman Mayes, senior vice president and general counsel, Pitney Bowes, will serve as panel moderator at the David W. Brezina Memorial General Session on Wednesday, May 2 at 8:00 am. The panel, entitled “Diversity: Leaders, Not Labels…A new Plan for the 21st Century”, will feature Stedman Graham, New York Times bestselling author of the book by the same title.  Three other panelists will bring experience in law firm administration to the information exchange.
