(NYSE: PBI) today announced a collaboration with LobbyGuard® Solutions, LLC to offer a self-service visitor management solution designed to help schools, universities, corporations and other public and private institutions maintain control and effectively manage visitor activity.

- Scans driver’s license
- Performs background check against LobbyGuard®’s national compilation of state sex offender databases
- Prints visitor badge with date and time stamp
- Stores visitor information in a secure database
Other benefits include detailed activity reporting in a secure database, eliminating the need for paper logbooks. In addition, the system can keep track of volunteer hours and in/out times.
